Some recommendations to all our guests in Piove di Sacco in the “BBA ” week

Dear Guest,

we are very glad to be your host during the exchange week in few days time.

We’re looking forward to a very enriching experience. We’re so enthusiastic and wish the same to you.

In order to assure a good time together, we would like to focus your attention on  things you should Know or have:

•   As we live close to the sea (perhaps your host family will lead you to Sottomarina) and we’re going to a “thermal” swimming pool on Monday, please bring a swimsuit and all you need to spend some time in such a place (bathing cap and flipflops). For people who are not going to enjoy the wonderful warm water (37°C), there’s a gymnasium.
• For the trip to Venice  (Tuesday) and Padua (Wednesday), as you’re supposed to walk to visit the town, take adapted clothes and comfortable shoes (if the weather’s good, and it’s going to,  it will be very hot so take a cap and a protective cream). You will visit Venice also by boat: if you suffer  from that, please bring something you’re used to in order to avoid problems.
•  As you will attend sport sessions, please bring tennis shoes and sport clothes.
•  If you play some instruments and you can take it with you, you will have the opportunity to use it.
• Please don’t bring any technologic device such as tablets or I-pad: when you’re home with your host family, exploit the time you spend together practicing your English or other languages, discovering what we have in common, learning about other people’s living and communicating actively. Your mobile and the computer in the house will be all you need when you want to speak with your family.
• Bring your enthusiasm with you too: we want to create and share energy!
• On Monday morning you’re visiting our school and meet the Autorities and all the guests and the hosts of the exchange week: please prepare a short Power Point presentation about your group, your school and the BBA products
•  On Thursday there will be a final presentation of our week: please think about something you could do to show what and how the time spent together has influenced on your ideas on other people coming from Europe. It would be nice to clap with the parents of the host families to different performances. Be creative!
